HR Generalist - IT/KPO (4-7 yrs)
Our client is a US based Analytics firm setting the operations in India
Designation: HR Generalist
Position reports to India MD and responsible for setting up the India HR organisation as Individual contributor
Location: Bangalore
Roles & Responsibilities:
- The HR Generalist would be responsible for supporting the business by identifying and developing solutions based on business priorities and organizational analysis.
- She will be leading Generalist activities like employee engagement, driving talent management agenda, Attrition Analysis, Career Planning & Mobility, people committee initiatives, performance management, Liaising payroll issues etc.
- The incumbent will work with the business to implement relevant HR strategies supporting business growth and people model.
Desired Profile:
- 4-7 years of experience in HR Generalist activities from IT/KPO/BFSI domain
- MBA in Human Resources from reputed institute
- Hands-on experience working for Start-up/Medium sized organisations preferred
- Hands-on experience in Talent engagement and Talent development activities
- Good communication skills
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Should have worked with organisations with Robust HR practices
- Willing to work as Individual contributor
