Job Description:
Recruitment:
- Screening & Short-listing profiles from various Job sites, Social sites, Reference, etc. based on the requirements in specific skills considering candidates' skill set and experience.
- Handling almost all levels of positions from fresher's to Managerial level.
- Conducting walk-ins, Job Fares & Campus Interviews.
- Maintaining and updating an active databank of the candidates.
- Interviewing candidates and ensuring that their technical and soft skills are identified.
- Conducting F2F interviews, Telephonic Interviews and also via VC if required.
- Salary negotiations, generating offers and Employee background verifications.
HR:
- Policy Formulation and Process.
- Form policies and review them periodically and update.
- Ensure these policies are implemented properly.
- Ensure smooth employee exit formalities.
- Exit analysis and improvements.
- Involved in Appraisal Process.
- Induction and orientation of new employees
- Responsible for smooth Induction and placement.
- Provide current information regarding employees to be used in the decision-making process, Strategic planning.
- Conduct Monthly meeting to discuss the Doubts/issues/concerns of the team.
- Maintain the process of Agenda & MOM of the meeting.
- Checking & maintaining the work status sheet of the team everyday.
- Attendance and Leave Administration.
- Supervising Security personnel & Housekeeping personnel.
- Relationship building through continuous periodic interactions.
- Coordinating for official trips, parties & Birthdays.
