HR Generalist - INDIA

A very large Multinational is looking for a seasoned, HR professional to Head the HR function as a business partner .

The incumbent would have to provide leadership and manage the function for a varied set of BUs .
Driving HR processes , bringing in change, managing high end talent would be a challenge.

Candidate profile :

MBAs from the top rung B Schools with 10 - 12 years of post qualification experience. Must have exposure to the various facets of HR - both STRATEGIC AND TRANSACTIONAL.

- Partnering business as HRBP

- Championing annual processes - Comp & Ben , PMS

- Talent Management

- Succession Planning

Experience in large FMCG/Telecom/Pharma /IT companies would be beneficial.

Position would be based at Bangalore.

Remuneration would commensurate competence and experience.

Compensation range - 50-80 lacs
