HR Generalist/Business Partner - IT

An Esteemed IT Client of ABC Consultants is currently looking for Strategic HR Business Partner/ HR Generalist with 4+ years of experience for an Opportunity based in Gurgaon.

- He will play a key part of the HR team and will work across the business disciplines to lead and influence change at a strategic level across the business.

- He will be heading the operational function within the HR team.

His role and responsibilities will include:

- Supporting and updating on all employee relations matters

- Contributing to a multitude of HR activities and drive business performance

- To provide HR advice and support to managers and staff on a wide range of strategic and operational human Resources issues

He will be involved in the complete HR GAMUT of :

- Employee On-boarding

- Induction

- Employee Lifecycle Management

- Compensation

- Succession Management

- PMS

- Reward and Recognition

- Retention

- Candidates who have proven experience in HR Business Partner / HR Generalist profile with 4+ years of experience.

- He should have proven experience in taking Strategic HR initiatives and contributed towards to organisation's Vision and Mission Statement.
