HR Generalist - BFSI/FMCG/Mfg

Salary Range:12 - 16 LPA

Will be a leadership role and would have travelling

Facilitating as HR contact for various employee related activities

- Structured meetings with the BU Teams at regular intervals to understand their concerns and to apprise them of any HR updates

- Grievance Handling - To understand employee grievance and to give them a permanent solution on the same

- Floor support - To conduct focus groups and one-on-ones to understand the motivation level on the floor and plan for activities accordingly

- Online (HRMS) updation and maintenance

- Policies - Implementation of HR Policies rolled out by Central HR and provide critical support and feedback in the process

Would Involve Travelling and Marathi is a mandate.
