Position: Manager HR
Job Location: Pune
Key responsibilities:
This would be a HR generalist role focused predominantly on the following:
- Talent Management
- Talent acquisition
- Organizational Development
- Learning & Development
- Performance Management Systems (PMS)
- Employee Engagement
- Reporting to HR head; 2 to 3 DRs
- Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
- MBA from a premium University / College
-Background in IT/ Engineering services / Design and development centre preferred
