We have a urgent opening in one among the top MNC's, where I am looking candidates who has experience in handle end to end HR Generalist role in MNC's.
Role includes:
- Providing leadership, direction and expertise for the full scope of HR functions including: employee relations, employee compensation, employee engagement and organizational design and change
- Leading HR processes like Performance Management, Salary Planning/Reward Management, Succession Planning and Talent Management), cross-functional communication and the transfer of learning and best practice sharing within the HR team
- Coaching and counseling employees regarding HR policies and procedures
Location:
Bangalore
Candidate Profile:
- MBA (HR) from premier 2005 to 07 Batches.
- Person who is currently handling end-to-end HR generalist/Business partner activities.
