We are looking for an HR Generalist profile with minimum 3 - 6 years (Not Less than 3 years) of hands-on experience in Core HR and preferably from a premier Institute.

Location: Delhi/NCR

Skills required:

- Support performance planning & management activities

- HR inputs and counsel regarding business decisions

- Employee Engagement & Employee Relations

- Manage PMS roll out & closure as per schedule in sync with centralized HR Operations team

- To have in depth understanding of the company & its policies

- Telecom/ FMCG/ Consumer Durable sectors would be preferred

- Salary is best in the industry.
