Job Description:

Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

- Sourcing/selecting best possible match,

- Conducting and/or coordinating interviews with people/tech panel responsible,

- Maintaining up to date database of potential candidates

- keeping track of cost involved

- Negotiate and follow-ups with selected candidates till joining

- On boarding process - Induction & Joining Formality

- Develop and implement employee referral program

HRIS

- Maintaining records of people selected/rejected/offers released/revoked / employees referral etc

- Maintaining Employee database and maintain personal files

- Maintaining database for contractuals, permanent/probationers employees

- Attendance and Leave record management

- Manage attrition and generating intelligent MIS to manage healthy attrition levels

HR Ops

- create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives

- Implement and administer corporate policies/programs/procedures

- Provide ongoing support to the leadership team on HR related matters, policies and procedures

- Work with managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all parties’ interests

- Ensure all aspects of separation are carried out smoothly

- Keep abreast with changes/modifications in the Statutory Compliance requirement

Training, Learning & Development

- Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential.

- Assess training needs and conduct/coordinate 1:1 and/or group training sessions as appropriate

Performance Appraisal

- Complete appraisal lifecycle depending upon the responsibility given by HOD

- Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience

- Plan, manage and provide continuous improvement into all aspects to achieve strategic objectives therein.

Compensation & Benefits

- Development and administration of HR compensation plans

- Payroll process

- PF/ESI formalities

- Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions and job re-leveling

Critical Skills and Abilities:

- Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills; high quality document and report preparation

- Should be extremely good into network building

- MBA/ PGDBM HR from a good institute with HR exposure of 3-5 years

- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results

- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative

- Excellent presentation skills and knowledge of employment laws

- Proven ability to successfully work as a team member and to build and maintain a positive work environment across the network

- Proven skill in the operation and utilization software such as Microsoft Word for Windows, Excel, etc.
