Our client is one of the largest global FMCG companies and is present in more than 100 countries. They are on a growth trajectory and looking for a dynamic candidate to join their team in Gurgaon.

Description

Reporting to the senior HRBP, you will be responsible for:

- Managing Inbound and Outbound Expat mobility by working closely with the International Assignments team - Ensure all documentation is in place and liaise with local authorities to ensure all compliances are met with

- Liaising with the external payroll provider and providing error free inputs on a monthly basis - ensure all information such as off cycle promotions, annual increments, leave, etc. are taken into account

- Administering the Benefits for the employees based in India - e.g. Medical or health and wellness

- Handling all employee grievances related to reimbursements and salary and acting as the single point of contact in the organisation to ensure all employee queries are managed effectively

- Being the SPOC for all internal communication - For organisation wide initiatives / events / changes in policies - you will be the SPOC for all internal communication across the organisation

Profile :

- Should have 3 to 5 years of experience in HR

- Should be an MBA (2013-2015 batches) with specialisation in HR from a Tier 1 business school only

- Should have managed/supervised payroll and Hr operations previously

- Should be assertive and strong with stakeholder management
