Human Resources – Establishment {Designation – Assistant Manager}

Role

- Create, Change and monitor employee (new and existing) data in SAP – HR

- Generate various MIS in HR and monitor the same.

- Provide a Employee help desk and respond to employee needs

- Carry out periodic changes in employee details along with corp HR and central HR team

- Interact with Shared services for Time Office role of HR and support Attendance monitoring to Shared services

Education

- Post Graduate in HR

- Must have hands on experience in SAP – HR and operating of Establishment Function
