Job Description:
Director HR

Location: Pune

Key Roles & Responsibilities

 - Manage the Human Resource function of the company

 - Providing leadership, strategic direction to the HR team.

 - Function activities across various geographies.

Qualification & Skill Set required:

 - 2 – 4 years experience in Heading the HR function for a Tier I MNC.

 - MBA - HR. with 15+ years experience in Human Resources. (Premier Institutes would be preferred)

 - Experience with international manufacturing companies would be preferred.

 - Strong interpersonal skills and influencing skills with the ability to establish productive working relationships with senior members of the HR Function;

 - In depth knowledge of all subjects in HR with experience of international practices and operational procedures;

 - Knowledge of Manufacturing and IT.

 - Proven experience in coaching, managing and engaging a team
