1. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the sub-processes in Various Processes of Recruitment, Compensation, Training & Development, CSR, Archives, PMS, and Recruitment Operations in HR, IR or Administration department.
2. The incumbent will manage the day-to-day operations & assignments in the sub-processes.
3. The incumbent will be responsible for making continuous process improvements in his / her area of Operation to achieve operational excellence in meeting service level agreements.
4. The position will report to the respective process owners and will be managing a team.
