Looking for only male candidates for a leading MNC   Responsibilities :  - Interacting with Partner Vendors regularly for sourcing profiles matching the JD  - Vendor management and stakeholder management  - Check the suitability of candidate's profiles against specifications (Screening)  - Conducting HR interviews  - Scheduling all the rounds of interview for the candidates.   - Maintaining/Updating Trackers for Interview schedules based on various skills  - Coordinating with business unit and candidates throughout the interview process  - Collating inputs and feedback from the Technical Panel with respect to the   Discussion.   - Handling the queries of candidates and initial level of HR Discussion.  - Offer Roll out  - Post Offer Follow up with selected candidates till they come on board.  - Consolidation of Various Reports required for Recruitment Process Analysis and sending out the weekly dashboards to the leadership  - Close positions within the TAT  Experience :  - Minimum 2-5 years of experience in recruitment / HR  Personal Attributes :  - A style that blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery  - Strong in problem solving skills  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  - Strategic thinking and analytical skills  - Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure and adapt to change  - Self-confident, articulate and outgoing individual, who is able to work independently whilst maintaining a strong focus on teamwork  - Strong system skills  - Ability to interpret and analyse key staffing related metrics  Education :  - An MBA degree is required.  Interested candidates can reach me at 7838090993.  Salary range - 6 - 10 LPA
