- Design of delivery models

- Org. design of HR function

- Redesign of HR processes

- HR tech. assessments & strategies

Should be from a premier institute from Batch of year 2003, 2004 and 2005 only

This person will lead a team of 50 and will be responsible for B.Development and Client Management
