Role: Project Lead - Organisation Effectiveness

Man Specifications:

- MBA from a PREMIER INSTITUTES ONLY with a strong academic background.

- Should be 2007/08 passout.

Should have experience in the following areas :

- Organization structure & Job evaluation

- Competency mapping, assessment center design and talent assessments

- Career pathing, succession planning & leadership development.

- Should have Consulting background

Job Responsibility:

- Would be advising clients on various HR aspects main focus being Organisation Restructuring, Competency Mapping, Leadership Development, Assessment Centers Design.

- Would be required to travel extensively and work across geographies

- Would be working across verticals and geographies
