Role Description :

The person in this role will be a professional who has attained a minimum technical proficiency in a consulting specialty. The incumbent will work as part of a team to leverage his/her technical skills and functional knowledge in order to deliver effective solutions for clients. Together with others from the firm, the incumbent will participate in team discussion, problem solving and integration of solutions to client problems.

Responsibilities :

- Plan mid size and large projects (key steps, timelines and responsibilities)

- Lead the project to ensure:-

- Efficient and timely delivery to enable project delivery.

- Client satisfaction with the process and outcome.

- High Quality output.

- Learning for the team member.

- Knowledge creation for the team.

- Good collaboration and communication within the team.

- Effective leveraging of project resources for the project.

- Support client interaction during the project to ensure smooth execution of the project.
