A GIANT IT RETAIL IN PUNE LOOKING FOR HR CONSULTING.

Location: Pune

Position : 2 nos

Exp:

- 4 to 6 and 6 to 8 yrs in the field of HR & OCM Consulting, having worked with any of the leading consulting organizations and delivered more than 3-4 end to end project life cycle etc.

Job Description

- Responsible for delivering consulting services in areas of HR strategy , organization re-design, culture assessment, role profiling, job evaluation, competency modeling and design, performance management system design, training needs identification, employee engagement initiatives, HR M&A due diligence, Change Management employee rewards and other areas of Human Capital Consulting.
 
The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the practice head /principal in development of the practice and the service offerings, during presales activities and delivery. Therefore will have to work at 3 levels

1). At practice level- non project /non billable

2). Provide support for Pre Sales activities

3). At the Client location - delivering the project
