HR Consulting & Change Management (Capgemini Consulting; 3-6 years)
Looking for a candidate for HR Consulting / HR Transformation with arnd 3-6 years of Exp who have exposure to Project Manager implementing business change in either a large technology, M&A or shared services/outsourcing migration for Capgemini Consulting India at Senior Consultant / Managerial role.
Preferably from HR Consulting Companies like E&Y, KPMG, PwC, Hewitt, Mercer, Accenture, IBM etc. with some experience in SSC implementation / feasibility.
Location – Mumbai (Should be open for travelling)
Must Have – Experience in HR Transformation Consulting / SSC experience in a HR Consulting firm
Work will include Change impact management / HR SSC implementation
- Conduct detailed change impact and business readiness assessment.
- Design and implement an action plan to address any readiness issues that emerge from the assessment HR SSC implementation
REQUIREMENTS (Education, Professional Experience, Technical Skills, Foreign Languages):
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
- Good Project Management and People Management skills
- Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Fluent English (oral & written)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
- Strong MS Office skills
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
- Previous change management experience would be advantageous.
- Experience in the HRO/SSC HR operations is must
- Must be from Good HR MBA College
- Around 4-8 years of Experience in a good consulting company post MBA.
