- Good functional knowledge on HR, Benefits and Payroll.

- Should have 1 to 2 years of experience in Workday in HR and Benefits.

- Production support experience is a must.

- Should be familiar with reporting tools in Work Day.

- Should have good knowledge on configuration for HR and Benefits module.

- Training from Work Day or Certification is a must.
