HR Consulting (4 to 8 years exp)

We have job openings in a leading MNC in Mumbai and Gurgaon. I am looking for candidates with excellent exposure in Human Capital consulting preferably from consulting organization

Responsibilities:

- Communicate and understand the requirements of clients

- Design, plan and align the game plan with organization objective

- Mentoring and monitoring the team performance

- Conducting employee satisfaction survey etc.

Location: Mumbai and Gurgaon

Candidate Profile.

- Person who is currently handling consulting role in HR

- Excellent communication skills is must

- must have done full time MBA in HR from Tier 1 institute (Example-XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD/MDI) in 2006/ 2007/ 2008
