HR Consultant/Senior HR Consultant - BFSI Vertical

Looking for HR Consultant /Senior Consultant for a leading staffing and recruitment company.

- At least 2 years of experience in BFSI vertical.

- Exhibits very sound judgment in approach & outcomes. Able to build this skill in others.

- Must have the ability to multi task in a fast paced environment; adjust readily to multiple demands, shifting priorities and rapid change.

- Communication Skills

- Able to quickly put people at ease, build rapport, gain confidence during a phone consultation.

- Strong customer service orientation, professionalism, phone manner

- Must possess patience and the ability to speak authoritatively with diplomacy; flexible and adaptable to changes in procedures, processes, systems, etc.

- Exceptional interviewing and active listening skills; hears what's said & what's not

- Clear, organized and complete documentation

- Effectively communicates via email, phone & other virtual technologies.

- Proficient with Excel and Word
