HR Consultant - Project Management Exposure

Role summary :

- This role will provide HR leadership and project management expertise for cross functional, international HR projects (Global and Regional work efforts).

- The role will partner very closely with Regional HR teams as well as business SMEs and stakeholders.

- The role incumbent will also need to delivery on critical HR process related needs. Hence, six sigma certification (or similar) and an orientation towards process and policy standards is needed

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

- Effectively develop and implement projects taken up as a part of the HR PSI team.

- Is a team member in some projects, but also a project lead in a few large scale projects

- Diagnose, conceptualize and design new HR processes/improve existing ones by providing functional and project management expertise

- Be able to build end-to-end process maps and also have Process Re-engineering background (preferably in the HR Space)

- Create and maintain project documentation including, but not limited to, status reports, issues log, risk log, decisions log, action item follow up.

- Drive and track issue resolution for projects within remit

- Identify risks associated with project activities. Partner with regional team to create and implement mitigation plans. Document risk and mitigation plans.

- Schedule and lead project status meetings with cross functional HR team members.

Operating Environment :

- Tolerance to Ambiguity with an ability to work across regions / cultures is needed. Person will need to be able to work independently with minimal supervision
