Designation: Sr.Consultant / Sr. Lead

Job Description:

 - Handle HR projects in the areas of Compensation, Rewards, Benefits, Salary surveys and Benchmarking activities

Desired Profile:

 - 4-8 years of hands on C&B experience in BFSI (or) Pharmaceutical (or) IT/ITES domain

 - MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from IIM’s, XLRI, TISS, SCMHRD, SIMS, IMT, MDI, XISS, XIMB only

 - Strong communication skills

 - Open for candidates from any location

Location: Mumbai

Budget: 20-28 Lakhs
