HR Specialist (Compensation and Rewards) based at Mumbai

I represent a premier executive search and selection company, Quest ESB Consultants (www.questconsultants.in), run by an IIT, IIM graduate, D.Bose since 1982. We partner renowned Indian Conglomerates and MNCs in their executive search.

Currently we have been mandated by a Fortune listed Engineering organization, one of the most reputed companies worldwide, to assist them in their leadership hiring.

We are looking for HR Functional Specialists to manage Compensation and Rewards globally across SBUs, Manufacturing units, Sales and service operations. 

He /she would be responsible for

    * The design, implementation and administration of compensation and benefits plans, programs and projects for the organization.

    * Work with the Corporate C&B team for annual C&B budget, costing and funding of plans, market analysis etc.

    * Policy formulation & implementation of annual salary increases, promotions, annual bonus, long term incentives, etc.

The position would be based at Mumbai.

We invite applications from premier B School graduates with 4-6 years post qualification experience working with reputed corporate /consulting firms. Must have implementation experience of C&B programs. Should have a hunger to make it big in the HR sphere.
