HR Business Partner - Telecommunication Services (6-10 yrs)
Looking for candidates with 6-10 yrs of experience into HR Business Partnering for a leading US based Telecommunication services company. Should have managed end to HR gamut.
Responsibilities :
Ensure smooth running of Business by effectively managing HR functions and deliverables for large teams and support team members globally for all their business requirements.
Effectively manage HR policies & processes, Compensation and Benefits policies by introducing HR best practices
Assist Business Units in designing and implementing end-to-end People Plan.
HR programs and events like employee engagement calendar, Employee fun events, wellness programs & employee engagement
Integral part of the employee career development/ succession initiatives like design and deploying employee career paths
Qualification: MBA (full time)
