Job Location: Navi Mumbai

Experience: 6-11 Yrs

Position: HR Business Partner - Talent Acquisition for Digital Payment Domain

Position Summary:

- Responsible for providing consultation and support to the organization in all aspects relating to Human resources activities, focusing on talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation and benefits, health and welfare benefits

- Build longstanding relationships and network with top talent in local and global markets

- Create and launch a regular stream of innovative and powerful marketing campaigns targeted to select talent communities and develop candidate pipelines

- Market and sell the employee value proposition of the organization in a compelling way

- Create and implement outbound recruiting plans to proactively approach prospective candidates and talent pools

- Develop a comprehensive reward strategy to ensure appropriate behaviours are appropriately rewarded in line with appropriate benchmarks

- Undertake management of remuneration benchmark studies to ensure parity of remuneration levels internally and externally with the market

- Source candidates using a variety of creative, cost-effective, and diverse methods including direct sourcing, networking, internet research, and employee referrals

- Use analytical, data-driven sourcing strategies to produce effective and efficient search results

- Act as a thought leader and innovator in the talent acquisition industry and use social media mediums in unique, creative, and comprehensive ways
