HR Business Partner - Shared Services - Bank (8-12 yrs)

About our Client - Our client is a leading MNC Bank with strong presence in India with their global shared services centers supporting Retail and Corporate banking operations. As part of their strategic presence in India, they are looking for a senior professional as a HRBP to lead their HR Operations team while driving change management.

Job Description - Reporting into the Director HR, you will be responsible for:

- Managing end to end core HR processes in shared services space including retention, induction, employee grievances, employee relations, resolving shared services issues, implementing DC&G policy, Talent management, attrition, non-compliance related to periodic audits, MIS maintenance, R&R Budgets etc. for various business units.

- Act as an interface between senior management, various CoE teams and Operations team to ensure effective internal communication for better efficiency

- Implementing various engagement models for business units w.r.t retention and attrition of employees

- Work closely with multiple teams (national and global) to develop and nurture future leadership

- Drive the existing shared services strategy to improvise the current processes to achieve more efficiency

- Ensure adherence to existing compliances (both internal and external) in a timely manner across all business units

- Conduct data analysis pertaining to employee data, compensation etc. to identify trends that influence overall employment strategy

- Build a culture of continuous improvement to drive superior customer service in the teams.

The Successful Candidate - An ideal candidate would be :

- Graduate in any discipline/MBA (preferred)

- Atleast 8 years of experience in a similar role with exposure to international environment

- Proven track record of managing large teams (over 1000 people) in a leadership role

- Strong core HR processes experience with large span of control is mandatory

- Good communication skills (both verbal and written)

- Should have a strong aptitude for numbers and be well versed with MS Office

- With natural ability to take ownership of responsibilities

- Open to any industry (Telecom/FMCG/Consulting is preferred)

- Ideal candidate would have a very strong customer focus and would work towards improving operational efficiency to ensure customer delights
