- Experience in Strategic HR Planning, Employee Life Cycle, Recruitment & Staffing, Performance Management, Setting up HR Department, Succession Planning & Talent Management, Organisation Development/Change Management, Learning Initiatives, and HR Operations.
- Strategic Manager with strong Leadership, Interpersonal, Problem Solving and Decision Making skills. Ability to work with senior management to integrate Human Resource Function within overall business operating strategy.
- Responsible for spearheading the Performance Management, Rewards & Recognition & Employee Engagement initiatives across the Company (Employee Strength)
- We prefer candidates with good exposure in Commercial HR Business Partner
- Ideally from Telecom/ FMCG/ Insurance/ Banking.
