- Draw resources from various COEs at the corporate and align then to business requirements proactively
Profile Background :
- Commercial acumen important and therefore come with experience of managing field sales/ operations organizations - fmcg, insurance, pharma, telecom,BFSI (retail) retail etc.
- Strong business partnership/ general management experience
- Ability to get into the depth of issues
- Intellectual integrity
