Role : HR Business Partner
Company : MNC (Product Startup Company )
Responsibilities :
- Support the HRBP on workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment
- Support the HRBP on setting up HRMS tools to support Talent & Performance management processes
- Work with HRBP, line managers and employees to address all types of employee related issues
- Review and track business unit data to identify trends in employee performance, retention, and employee experience
- Plan, implement and provide continuous updates for all processes which focus on performance management and talent development
- Working with business groups to suggest, implement and track updates on solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives within the organization
- Understand the company policies and ably implement them and also communicate the same to employees when required
- Implement and follow ups on employee surveys and questionnaires, including analysis and action planning based on survey results.
- Provide support to recruitment and L&D teams in terms of on boarding and recruitment and training programs co-ordinations whenever required
Qualifications & Skills :
- 4-8 years of HR experience and recruitment experience mandate.
- Acquaintance with handling large group of employees as part of HR specialist role
- Master's Degree from an accredited university (Tier-1 Colleges)
- MS Office experience and ability to use MS Excel for reporting
- High degree of Customer service orientation and bias for actions
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Database management skills
- Good attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, analytical and critical thinking skills
