Currently working on a HR BP role for a Pharma/ Manufacturing giant in Mumbai.

Reporting : VP- HR

Role :

Key Responsibilities:

- Providing strategic oversight of business divisions having an employee base of approximately 1200 +

- Responsible for driving recruitment & selection process for the field organization.

- Maintain the quality of hires by constantly evaluating the hiring process.

- Building future requisite organization in order to meet the long range plans.

- Participating in the Manpower process, providing appropriate advice to the business in formulating the structure & maintaining the span of control.

- Maintain the MPC cost of the cluster within the budget & maintain appropriate manning ratios

- Championing change management processes for any new HR processes to be implemented.

- Drive the performance management process for the business.

- Develop a retention strategy with an aim of engaging & retaining key talent.

- Provide leadership to team members in driving various HR initiatives planned for the cluster & meeting the objectives with reference to HR measures.

- Build capability of the field colleagues by front ending some of the flagship training programs.

- Drive the employee relation strategy with an objective of maintaining flexible field force

- Respond quickly to grievances and close people related issues at the ground level.

- Liasioning with the ER COE for decision on any critical legal actions / employee discontinuation or compliance related issues.

- Ensuring that all the Job Description are updated in the system and all the compliance related training are complied with.
