Client Details :

- Our Client is a leading global pharmaceutical and public health tools organisation. They are looking to hire a HR business partner to lead and set up the entire HR processes across all business units.

Job Description :

Reporting directly into the Global CFO, you will be responsible for :

- Set and manage hire to retire performance and strategic direction, while ensuring smooth delivery of day-to-day operations (e.g. Learning Admin, Employee life cycle, Payroll and Benefits etc.) in an individual contributor role

- Ensuring timely reminders and adherence on the in house payroll management process while managing the cascading of objectives, consolidating payroll inputs and sharing it with the senior stakeholders

- Develop and implement appropriate communication processes and interventions to consolidate the functioning of multiple business units

- Ensure a proactive HR function for employee relations, employee compensation, HR policies and regulatory compliance along with governance framework

Profile :

- You should have 8-10 years of experience as a HR Business Partner in setting up HR processes in alignment with global policies and strong exposure in product/goods selling organisations (non - services organisations)
