HR Business Partner - Pharma (7-10 yrs)
Our client is one of the most renowned pharma companies worldwide.
They wish to hire the Head of HR for an SBU based at Hyderabad.
The incumbent should have exposure in spearheading HR operations as a business partner for mid to large size setups. Must be hands-on and proactive in managing HR for the business.
Full time MBA from reputed B schools having relevant generalist experience in organisations of repute may please apply.
Understanding of the dynamics of a research driven, manufacturing and sales organisation would be preferred.
