Position: Senior Manager - Business HR at a Leading MNC Pharma Company (6-10 yrs experience)

Role:

- Responsible for the strategic planning of the HR function for the respective Business Unit

- Responsible for recruitment, training & development, comp & ben, performance evaluation, organizational development for the BU

- Responsible for health, safety & employment wellness, human resources administration, payroll, employee communications

- Contribute to strategic planning & decision making at the top executive level so that the organization’s human strategy is aligned with other business strategies

Requirement:

 - MBA (HR) with 6-10 yrs experience as a generalist in HR, ideally from a large process oriented MNC company

 - Should have experience across functional areas of HR

 - Good understanding of HR Concepts and understanding of business
