Candidate Profile:

- Candidate should be MBA in HR (2 yrs full time) - PASS OUT 2002 - 2004 from a Tier 1 institute (XLRI / TISS / SIBM / SCMHRD / MDI / IMT / NMIMS / FMS DELHI / SP Jain / IIMs ).

- Candidate should have prior experience in manufacturing industry - Paints / Automotive / Consumer Durables / FMCG / Pharmaceuticals / Foods & Beverages.
