HRBP required on contract for 4 months project  Role Title : HO Manufacturing HR Business partner  Reports to : Head - National HR Operations  Purpose Of Role : This role is responsible for influencing, enabling and executing sound HR decisions through front ending with Manufacturing Business Function in HO ( includes Sourcing, Supply chain, Mnfg & Tech Center )  Top Accountability  This role interfaces / partners with the HO Supply and Tech Center Organization to work closely with the relevant stakeholders to   - Support / co lead all plans that enable HO Supply Teams success.  - Specific attention to improving the Talent Density in the Supply Function  - Assess & Seed talent to ensure Bench strength availability  - Partner competency upgrade initiatives.  - Anchor and execute all key HR processes for Supply Function in HO.  - Driving analytics that support data based initiatives design, execution and follow through.  - Help drive talent moves and Co drive Hiring / induction of new talent  Coordination with RPCs / filed teams :  - Initiate & aggregate processes specific to HO / Supply Teams from the field teams  - Ensure the People processes are on track and proactively led.  Qualifications And Experience Required :  - 10 -15 years Post Graduations / MBA operating experience of working in a fast paced, dynamic organization that calls for entrepreneurial ways of work.  - Proficiency in Indian Labor Laws with operational experience in IR for manufacturing units and should have prior factory / IR experience.  - Industry preference though not essential - Telecom, FMCG company.  Desirable - Could also have a Learning & Development / OD exposure to Support regional leadership team.  Desirable - Experience of having signed a Wage LTS. Should have done Sales HR in a comparable / FMCG Industry at Region / Pan India Level  - High level of professionalism, integrity and commitment with superior IT skills.  - Experience in business partnering with executives demonstrating the ability and desire to build high performing relationships, provide pro-active, pragmatic advice in furtherance of the business agenda.  - Demonstrated ability to navigate in matrix / operating environments.  Functional Expertise : Have strong conceptual knowledge and experience in various facets of HR.  Process Orientation : Able to understand and deliver in an efficient manner on key HR processes.  Results Driven : Maintain focus on desired outcomes and ensure the same are achieved irrespective of challenges faced; able to operate independently in environments of ambiguity and transition; demonstrate high levels of accountability and ownership.  Analytical Ability : Have strong analytical ability and excellent knowledge of tools, able to identify issues pro-actively, set priorities, and assess implications.  - Planning and Execution: Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, strong written, verbal and report writing skills.  IT : Good knowledge of MS Office and Tally / other financial software / ERP.  - Self-driven and capable of working independently and willingly assume larger responsibilities.  Barriers To Success In Role :  - Inability to collaborate with / influence key stakeholders.  - Inability to manage time and prioritize effectively  - Inability to analyze complex data, draw connections and advocate a coherent strategy for improvement  - Looking for direction / hand holding / averse to taking decisions by self.  Salary Offered: 18 - 30 LPA  TRAVEL : Some travel in India  With regards Sumit Vaid Sr. Consultant- Talent Acquisition  Interim Management Solutions Pvt.Ltd. New Delhi
