Urgently Looking leading Manufacturing Company in Bangalore

Major responsibilities:

- Understand the Business and its nuances in order to engage and partner closely with the business to evolve HR programs and initiatives aligned with the business requirements.

- Ensure consistent, effective and efficient implementation of the HR function to deliver proactive and business
focused services and solutions.

- Ensure smooth implementation of HR practices, policies and processes across the businesses.

- Ensure effective manpower planning, recruitment and selection, staffing and manning model management.

- Drive the learning and development initiatives, developing and managing the training calendar and ensure
effective implementation of the training programs.

- Drive the WCM-People Development Pillar, Formulate and drive plans for WCM, SMAT and 20 Step Audits. To
ensure compliance to WCM, ISO 14000, OHSAS 18000, and ISO 9000 systems.

- Facilitate the PRDMS, Employee Engagement, Values deployment, Ensure effective Communication to
employees through local and company level initiatives.

- Ensure that information is available for Company level communication as per the organizational requirements.

- Be an employee champion to understand and address employee issues, requests; ensure initiatives aimed at
encouraging employee involvement and engagement.

- Facilitating effective implementation of the Company’s Performance Review and Reward System – PRDMS,
R&R, Compensation & Benefits, HR Administration and HRIT.

- Ensure Statutory Compliances and effective general administration. Ensure site compliance to all labour,
safety, and environmental regulations.

Skills:

- Good Understanding of HR processes.

- Business orientation and understanding skills

- Ability to translate HR priorities as per business requirements.

- High service and result orientation

- Project Planning and implementation skills with an eye for detail.

- Ability to operate in a dynamic environment and manage multiple stakeholders.

- Excellent relationship management skills

- Effective Communicator with excellent writing skills

- Proficiency in MSOffice.

Education: MBA - HR

Experience: 5-10 Years in HR Business Partnering Role
