HR Business Partner - IT - XLRI/TISS (8-12 yrs)
Our client is a US based IT product firm for R&D setup in Chennai.
Designation: HR Business Partner
Role reports to Director-HR and handle a small team
Responsibilities:
- Work with the leadership and management at site to design and deliver appropriate HR interventions to build a strong, cohesive team or any other desired business results; hence have a strong interest and ability in developing business acumen
- As the lead a key role is to be able to work on abstract problems independently in variable situations that typically require complex analysis, interpretation, or evaluation of intangible factors. At times this may involve directing the resolution of complex problems at a site level that have impact beyond HR itself
- As the leader for Human Resources at the site, it is imperative that the incumbent have superior communication abilities which includes both verbal as well as written communication skills, the ability to build and manage relationships and the ability to influence change
- The incumbent is expected to implement and monitor daily HR operations, including legal compliance's from an HR perspective the site and should be able to resolve day-to-day issues using well-defined or at times generally defined processes.
Desired Profile:
- 8-12 years of HR Generalist/HR Business Partner experience in IT domain
- Master's/MBA in Human Resources from Premier institutes (Only).
- Excellent business acumen and the ability to think and act strategically in the deployment of various HR programs
- Has excellent internal client interaction skills, process orientation etc.
- Must have excellent communication skills; the ability to build and manage relationships; and the ability to influence change
