HR Business Partner - IT/ITeS/BFSI (10-17 yrs)

Looking for HR - Business Partner role

Responsibilities:

- Ensure pro-active employee relations strategies and activities; provide ongoing coaching and counseling to leaders and employees.

- Assist employees with problem resolution

- Act as a liaison between managers and employees to resolve issues.

- Develop and implement employee engagements activities- Touch Points like 1-on-1s, Skip levels, Town halls, Rewards & recognition programs, surveys etc.

- Train managers on HR processes, work with them on employee issues and assist in talent management- career development, compensation, performance management and retention management.

- Work with HR Business Partners in India and other geographies in delivery of common HR processes across divisions.

- Incumbent should be able to lead in an informal ‘roll up your sleeves and get it done’ manner that is perceived to be people-centric, effective and marked by a high level of energy.

Desired Skills & Experience

- Consulting or organizational development experience,

- Execution experience in Talent management initiatives in a global organization (would be a plus)

- Worked in dynamic, often ambiguous, fast-paced environments

- 5 or more years of experience in HR Business Partner Functions; Experience partnering with managers to deliver HR solutions;

- Conducting group facilitation and supporting HR program roll outs.

- Strategic thinker and problem solver, with strong analytical skills, passion for data integrity, process and continuous learning orientation, autonomous, flexible, adaptable and forward thinking

Role no 1

Exp : 10-14 Years total exp in HR.

Atleast 5 Years in IT Technology vertical…. Ideal organizations

The person should have hardcore business HR/ Talent Management exp in their current role

Not exp in RMG/resourcing which is rampant in these organizations. Good school pass out. Max comp

Role no 2

Exp : 6-8 years total exp in HR,

Atleast 4 years in Business HR in

Exp into Banking and Capital Markets
