Designation : HR Business Partner
Roles & Responsibilities :
- The Human Resource team focuses on recruiting and managing the employee life cycle within the organization. It hires and on-boards people, develops and manages Performance Management and Compensation Strategy, runs Career Management programs, Trains & Develops people on Leadership & Operational skills, while managing all activities related to HR administration.
- The HR Business Partner team forms a part of our strategic approach to support business on all People matters ranging from Grievance redressal, Performance Management, Talent planning, Succession Planning, Compensation review and Building capability within the organization.
- The team is responsible for enabling and partnering with the Business and adhere to our people promises and organizational values.

Desired Profile :
- 5-8 yrs of HRBP/HR Business Partner exp in IT/Related domains.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from any institute
- Working knowledge of HR Practices around: Performance management; Employee communication; Employee Retention
- Good presentation skills
- Analytical skills
- Have advanced skills on Excel, Power point and Visio
