1. The role will have overall leadership and responsibility for the full spectrum of HR activities and initiatives for the said Business unit.

2. Develop necessary succession plans and innovative organizational development initiatives to build an efficient team and talent pipeline. The role is also expected to develop innovative employee recognition programs.

3. Act as change agent in managing organizational changes where it relates to HR related activities.

4. Develop and institutionalize out of the box employee engagement programs to build a happy and highly engaged team.

5. Establish good employee relation/connect in a highly changing and growing environment.

6. Responsible for delivery of overall HR processes and operations of the BU, and also define scalable processes in fast growing environment.

7. Be responsible for one COE function as well and manage cross-functional HR Projects for the BU.

8. Provide an engaging, open, transparent work environment and lead the organization through proactive, positive employee relations and cultural transformation

CANDIDATE DESCRIPTION

- MBA in HR with strong work experience in HR business partnering role preferably in IT Services/Engineering Services industry.

- 8-12 years- work experience.

- Demonstrated ability of good social/people connect

- Strong experience in managing Employee Engagement/Relations/Communications in a growing organisation.

- Should be comfortable with open communication, expression of opinions and dissent.
