The incumbent is expected to lead the overall Employee Experience of the organization.

The goal is to create a highly engaging work environment wherein each individual is connected with the brand and its ethos. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.

The incumbent is expected to develop and implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results.

This work includes, but is not limited to, increasing workforce capability, providing change leadership, talent management/succession planning and supporting day-to-day operations as well as on-going process improvement.
