HR Business Partner - IT (8-12 yrs)
Position: HRBP, HR Business Partner
Location: Bangalore
Position Summary:
Primary Duties / Responsibilities:
- Acts as the primary HR advisor and coach to managers in people management & HR practices
- Manage the Talent acquisition function for R & D and the sales organization in India.
- Enables business to achieve their targets by ensuring their hiring needs are met on time
- Maintain and generate reports as per business requirements - Applicant tracking System etc
- Manage and run the employee referral program
- Manage the campus hiring program and build university relations
- Suggests process improvements and seeks opportunities for innovation
- Have prior hands on experience in program deployment - eg: performance management, engagement surveys, recognition programs etc
- Be able to connect with the employee's being the voice of employees - 1:1's spot / focus groups
- Single face of HR to the line - communication process / policies to employees, brown bag sessions etc
- Have experience in managing the employee life cycle activities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Strong desire to wok and deliver results in a fast-moving, dynamic, global team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence, motivate and lead others effectively.
- Excellent hold over MS excel, PowerPoint and other office tools
- Requires minimum supervision
- Builds relationships and uses non standard approaches to resolving issues
Requirements (Education, Certification, Training, and Experience)
- Masters Degree in Human Resources or Business discipline from a reputed institute
- At least 8 years of Human Resources work experiences( Post MBA) with proven high performing track record
