HR Business Partner - IT (8-12 yrs)
Hiring for Leading American (Product Based) multinational software company for Bangalore location;
Qualifications and Requirements:
- At least 8 years of Human Resources work experience (Post MBA)
- Hands on experience in performance management, employee engagement surveys, recognition programs etc
- HR advisor and coach to managers in people management & HR practices
- Experience in managing the employee life cycle activities
- Experience in managing High End R&D IT technical workforce highly desired.
