The position is based at Bangalore.
The person will be in a business partner role and would be responsible for
- skill development;
- leadership coaching;
- people consulting;
- driving performance management;
- employee engagement;
- designing and implementing interventions;
- identifying issues and facilitating solutions to it; etc.
The person must be a full time MBA in HR with 7-9 years of relevant experience from a process driven organization preferably from the IT industry.
Should have good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
