Position : HR Business Partner (Leading MNC IT Company)
Role :
- To act as an HR Business Partner for a BU with an employee strength of 300+
- Work on Rewards & Recognition, Performance Management, Communication & Grievance, Employee Engagement for the BU along with the Centres of Excellence
- Performance Management
- Rewards & Recognition
- Employee Engagement & Grievance handling
- To connect with the resigned employee to understand the trigger point of resignation, conduct exit interviews and coordinate the resignation clearance process for the employee
Requirements :
- MBA with 7-9 years of experience in HR, especially as HR Business Partner
- As HR Business partner should have managed an employee base of atleast 200-300 employees at an IT Company
- May be required to work in shift twice a month depending on business requirement
