Job Description: Reporting to the HR Business Unit Head- you will be responsible for:
Learning & Development:
- Creation & Implementation of the organization's learning roadmap via development strategies for management and professional roles to address business needs and improve employee capabilities
Employee Engagement:
- Build and run innovative programs for organizational/employee engagement
Campus Relations:
- Build effective campus relations and branding solutions to position the organization as an ‘Employer of Choice'
HR Policies & External Benchmarking:
- Benchmark innovative and competitive HR policies in line with Corporate/Regional guidelines
Compensation & Benefits:
- Design, plan, and implement compensation and benefits programs & participate in compensation surveys and competitive analysis - both external and internal
- Collaborate with senior management on building a performance management strategy and philosophy for the entire organization; implement performance & workforce management practices and drive implementation across various businesses and functional teams
The Successful Candidate:
- You have worked in an HR Generalist role for 6+ years in a multinational firm with proven track record in stakeholder management.
- You would hold a full time postgraduate degree from a premier B-School. Exposure in a financial services industry would be preferred.
