- Head up the operational function within the HR team

- To advise, managers and staff on issues of employment legislation

- Responsibility for dealing with any tribunal claims that arise

- Key part of the HR team and will work across the business disciplines to lead and influence change at a strategic level across the business

- Designing cross-functional development programs and keeping HR processes with a full compliance with the legal and regulatory(internal and external framework)

- Manage Dynamic of culture and conflict management

Desired Skills:

- Extensive Experience in Talent Management, Performance management, Succession management and work force planning

- Possess Strategic HR initiatives

- Strong focus in Employee development, change management, organization assessment

- Leadership and consultative process

- Preferably Full time MBA from reputed institutes
