Designation: HR Officer (HR Business Partner)
Reports to HR Manager
Exp: 5-6 Yrs
Location: Gurgaon
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure HR is approachable, and knows the “pulse of the people”, and is able to feed this information back to the business for any initiatives that may need to be carried out
- Ensure quality induction and on boarding plans in place for all new joiners across business groups, in line with business requirements
- Ensure an HR presence in department town halls, skip levels, team meetings
- Facilitate and implement Quarterly or other R&R for business groups, regularly review effectiveness of the programs and suggest improvements when required
- Work closely with specialist HR teams on key HR goals related to Reward Strategy and others
- Close liaison with the resourcing team for filling positions within agreed upon SLA’s and timelines, encouraging cross functional and team movements/IJP’s and ensuring a high quality IJP experience for staff from the business groups
- Play a key role in the Career Pathing and Competency Framework goal for business groups, by closely tracking status of development conversations and resulting gap analysis actions
- Ensure an understanding of the appraisal and performance management process by conducting employee briefing sessions and training on a regular basis
- Work in close coordination with the line managers for conducting performance appraisals and incorporating these into the reward system; provide advise and support to the business for implementing performance improvement plans when necessary
- Ensure goals and development needs are documented on time and work closely with the C&B team during the time of bonus or merit review
- Work closely with the business to track and manage attrition within target levels; conduct exit interviews to gauge ‘push’ or ‘pull’ factors/triggers for resignations and take proactive measures to curb attrition
- Facilitate Fun@work in collaboration with the business, actively participate in organizational initiatives and programs from an HR perspective
Desired Profile:
- 5-6 years of HR experience in IT/ITES domain
- MBA/PGDM in Human resources from any institute/university
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high energy levels
- Excellent team player; hands-on with a can-do approach and ability to get things done
- Pro-active with good problem solving skills
- Extremely collaborative and the ability to function in a matrix environment
- Honest and high on integrity
- Strong prioritization and time management skills
